Mechanical Project Managers with large project delivery experience will enjoy working for a leading Contractor in the delivery of a large programme of works in The Netherlands. Plan, organise, lead, coordinate and control all activities with construction of mechanical Project, taking major developments from cradle to grave. Fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in this exciting market, developing your skills on some landmark projects in the space.

Experience required
- Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
- Experience of managing combined Mechanical / Electrical projects a distinct advantage.
- Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
- Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience post qualification.
- Relevant third level qualification essential (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering).
- Excellent IT skills essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities.
- Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
